glutenfree pesto and pasta

last night i cooked for the ladies here in florida-pasta and pesto that i made with basil and garlic from my garden.
3 garlic cloves chopped fine
1/4 cup pine nuts
2 c. basil leaves
2 T. parsley
7T. olive oil
put in food processor and give a whirl. cook 1 lb. of any pasta shape according to directions-i use gluten free. drain pasta and toss and serve.
i served this along a stir fry of veggies that i had picked from my garden before i left. i picked spinach, cress, my 1st asparagus, brocoli raab that had been planted last fall and made it thru the winter! i sauted in grape seed oil, the raab and asparagus 1st then added the spinach and cress after a few minutes. i didn't overcook anything. i put a grating of asiago and a squeeze of lemon on top.
it was delicious!. there is something so satisfying about eating veggies and fruit from your own garden.
